Karyn Barnard - SpED Instructional Aide
Mrs. Karyn Barnard joined Wagner Middle School our opening year in 2017 as a Special Education Instructional Aide. She has served students for 14 years through public education. She has experience as a SOAR Para, as well as a Special Education Instructional Assistant. Mrs. Barnard received her Bachelor's in Business Administration from Texas State University. At Wagner, she is most excited about meeting new kids and helping them be successful, being a part of an educational community.
Outside of teaching, Karyn Barnard loves to travel and visit her five grandchildren. One interesting fact about Mrs. Barnard is that most of her family members are or have been in the military.

Michael Sullivan - SpED Instructional Aide
Mr. Mike Sullivan comes to Wagner Middle School with 14 years of educational experience, having served as both a high school English teacher, as well as both a special education substitute teacher in Georgetown ISD. Mr. Sullivan has a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Education.
He is most excited about the students here at Wagner, and being able to guide their learning. When it comes to our Wagner staff, he is excited by how very kind and helpful they are.
Outside of work, Mr. Sullivan enjoys writing novels and short stories, and is a published author. He is married to a Thai national and has a 19-year-old daughter.

Brad Mauldin - BCS Instructional Aide
Mr. Brad Mauldin first joined Wagner Middle School in 2018, where he serves as a BCS Instructional Aide. He brings with him 16 years of experience, where he has also served as an inclusion Instructional Assistant, an ILC Instructional Assistant, and as a BCS Instructional Assistant. He really enjoys his time at Wagner because of the people that are there. He earned two Bachelor's Degrees, in History and in Russian from Trinity University. Outside of work, Mr. Mauldin enjoys playing games, both video games and board games, especially Chess.
