Celina Kerchen

Hey there! I’m entering my 5th year teaching math here at Wagner, and I absolutely love what I do. For me, math isn't just about numbers. I thrive on building strong relationships with my students and love using small-group teaching to make sure absolutely everyone "gets" it and feels confident. Originally a New Englander (raised in New Hampshire, college in Massachusetts), I made the leap to Texas with my husband to be closer to my sister while she was stationed at Fort Hood. We fell in love with the area and now call Belton home. When I’m not in the classroom, you can usually find me hanging out with my awesome nephew or managing the beautiful chaos of life with our four dogs!
